Arwah Farid meninggal pada hari Rabu, 2 Disember 2015, pada pukul 12.00 tengahari di Hospital Selayang atas komplikasi sakit jantung.Solat jenazah: Masjid Al-Firdaus, Bandar Baru Selayang (BBS)
Burial place: Perkuburan Islam Kampung Bendahara Selayang, Selangor
Arwah dikebumikan di Perkuburan Islam Kampung Bendahara Selayang.

Health: Farid was a normal healthy kid. However, he suffered from kidney problems as a child and put on weight and became obese. He later developed diabetes, which progressed to diabetic complications. He needed insulin injections. His blood glucose was in the high 20s (mmol/L) in October 2006. He did exercises and played badminton, went on a lean diet, and lost a lot of weight. Sadly, he died of diabetic heart complications in ICU 9 years later in December 2015.
